Overview

This position is offered on behalf of a partner company based in Saudi Arabia seeking a Paid Social Analyst. The role centers on driving measurable business growth through data-backed social media advertising strategies, managing campaigns on major platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

You will be responsible for running and refining high-impact paid social campaigns aimed at delivering ambitious performance targets. The work environment is fast-moving and collaborative, combining analytical insight with creative problem-solving to elevate campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid social campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Implement media buying tactics focused on maximizing revenue, performance, and return on ad spend.
  • Track campaign metrics closely, analyze trends, and spot opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage campaign budgets strategically to align advertising spend with business goals.
  • Fine-tune bids, target audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to enhance outcomes.
  • Convert complex performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop data-driven improvements for campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee multiple high-budget campaigns, ensuring consistent attainment of performance and revenue targets.
  • Keep abreast of evolving paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising possibilities.
  • Assist in reporting processes by delivering concise summaries and actionable recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising, specifically paid social or direct response marketing.
  • Proven track record managing paid social campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and campaign optimization best practices.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to explain technical data clearly to various audience types.
  • Capacity to work remotely aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence, or analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with additional ad platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams or involvement in social media content creation is a plus.
