About the role

You will join Ramboll’s Finance & Accounts support centre in Gurgaon and contribute to the global business finance team. The position is focused on order-to-cash activities and supports international colleagues across the Ramboll network.

What you will do

  • Handle end-to-end accounts receivable work and manage the full AR cycle.
  • Support billing and invoicing activities as required.
  • Assist with collections, where needed.
  • Work on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
  • Use Excel and Word regularly for day-to-day tasks.
  • Communicate effectively by voice and email with internal stakeholders.
  • Work fluently in English.
  • Adapt to shift-based working schedules.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Perform quality checks on assigned work.
  • Contribute to CRM-related tasks when needed.
  • Understand and support process-improvement initiatives.
  • Bring a Six Sigma mindset; Green Belt or Yellow Belt is an advantage.

What we are looking for

  • A B.Com degree or an MBA in Finance.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the accounts receivable cycle.
  • Prior exposure to finance shared services is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfort working in shifts and in a team setting.
  • Experience with quality checking and process improvement.
  • Exposure to ERP tools, billing, invoicing, collections and CRM is beneficial.
  • A global mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
