This opportunity sits within a fully integrated real asset fund management and development platform operating across logistics, data centres, and infrastructure. The platform manages approximately USD 80 billion in assets under management.
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the selected candidate will independently review real estate investment opportunities, build detailed financial models, and prepare investment papers and other analytical materials to support senior decision-making. The role also provides exposure to strategy and M&A-related work, with regular collaboration across different parts of the wider business.
What you will do
- Evaluate real estate opportunities on your own across different asset classes and geographies, covering both equity and debt structures.
- Build and update advanced financial models to assess deal economics, scenario sensitivity, and return measures such as IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns.
- Prepare clear investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees and senior leadership, including the strategic case, key risks, and recommendations.
- Carry out macro and micro market research, competitive benchmarking, and due diligence work to support underwriting assumptions and investment decisions.
- Coordinate due diligence activities with brokers, partners, legal counsel, and other external advisers to help move transactions forward.
- Provide analytical support to senior management on an as-needed basis, including portfolio reviews, hold/sell assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Review opportunities sourced by the broader business and support the Group Strategy & Investments team on potential mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, backed by an excellent academic record.
- About 1.5 to 3 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate fund management, real estate private equity, investment banking, or a closely related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect information across different areas.
- High motivation, initiative, and a consistent drive for strong performance.
