About the Role
Become part of a driven, high-achieving team within the Corporate Banking Department in Dublin, Ireland, dedicated to delivering results in an inclusive environment. This role supports the team’s business strategy by executing specific goals and initiatives while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
The Analyst will focus on a diverse set of transactions, preparing client presentations and conducting detailed financial modeling. Collaboration with Associates and Directors will be essential to managing client relationships within the Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure (PUI) industry sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a client-centric culture that deepens relationships and leverages the bank’s broad offerings and global resources to deliver tailored financial solutions and generate revenue.
- Coordinate efforts with various product groups and industry teams across Global Banking and Markets (GBM), especially targeting European clients.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with legal counsel, external partners, and clients in the industry.
- Analyze corporate clients' financial needs thoroughly and develop marketing materials and presentations accordingly.
- Support transaction structuring and execution with growing responsibility and ownership.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct comprehensive financial and industry analysis, including maintaining detailed financial models.
- Use product and capital markets knowledge to help clients meet their financial goals while considering the bank's risk appetite and culture in daily decisions.
- Ensure operational excellence by upholding effective business controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and conduct risk in line with the Bank’s frameworks and code of conduct.
- Contribute positively to a high-performance and inclusive work culture that aligns with the team’s vision, values, and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recent graduate with a strong enthusiasm for banking and finance.
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of financial markets.
- Strong academic and extracurricular achievements indicating a record of excellence.
- Independent thinker and decision-maker capable of making meaningful contributions to team outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes stressful environment.
- Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or French at an intermediate or business level is advantageous.

- The Analyst will work closely with Associates, Associate Directors, and Directors within the Corporate Banking team.
