About the Company

ON.energy is creating the power infrastructure needed to support the AI boom. Its technology is already proven at gigawatt scale, used by major cloud and AI organizations, deployed across 2.5 GW of hyper-scale campuses, validated by leading U.S. national laboratories, and certified for grid-safe use by major utilities. The company is growing quickly with real products in the field and aims to turn power from a constraint into an advantage for businesses building the future.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-focused Analyst to help with capacity planning, purchase order tracking, and documentation management across the team. The role centers on master scheduling work, including the analysis of demand and supply information to support decisions around resources and capacity.

The right person should be comfortable handling data, working with different stakeholders, and improving operating processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with master scheduling and capacity planning by reviewing demand, supply, utilization, and resource availability information.
  • Track operating metrics and turn them into useful insights for workforce and project capacity planning.
  • Keep planning models, forecasts, dashboards, and operational reports current and accurate.
  • Help manage consulting purchase orders, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational tracking.
  • Organize and maintain team documents, SOPs, knowledge bases, and project records.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align project demand, staffing, and delivery capacity.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and simplify operational workflows.
  • Support additional analysis and operations tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.
  • Hands-on experience with operational, scheduling, demand/supply, or capacity planning datasets.
  • Advanced skill level in Excel or Google Sheets, along with reporting tools.
  • Well-developed organization skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and strong coordination skills for working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in workforce planning, master scheduling, or capacity planning.
  • Exposure to consulting operations or project-based resource planning.
  • Experience building AI bots, workflow automations, or AI-supported operational tools.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence or visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience using documentation and knowledge-management tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.

What We’re Looking For

  • A data-first approach with strong operational judgment.
  • The ability to convert planning information into practical recommendations.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a preference for structured execution.
  • Curiosity about using AI and automation to improve efficiency.
  • A self-driven attitude with strong ownership and follow-through.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • For Mexico-based roles: competitive salary with annual performance bonus eligibility, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) of 30 days, major medical expenses and life insurance, and paid time off plus holidays based on local policy.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven team working on the future of clean energy.
