Job Summary
The Analyst, Business Process Improvement plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of a large, multi-stakeholder organization. This position focuses on structured processes, team coordination, and clear communication, working closely with senior leaders and key team members within a team of over 150 individuals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in business operations and continuous improvement within an established corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate operational processes to ensure effective coordination among a team of 150+ employees.
- Analyze, document, and assist in communicating process modifications and enhancements.
- Manage initiative trackers, dashboards, and status updates, emphasizing efficiency and automation.
- Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and written communications.
- Record discussion points, action items, and contributions from meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
- Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and basic performance reporting using existing tools and templates.
- Adhere to established methodologies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents for management meetings.
- Monitor action items, decisions, and follow-ups from leadership discussions.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and logistical arrangements for senior leaders.
- Provide support for travel arrangements and expense processing as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple stakeholders in an operational, project, process, or analytical capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to reliably follow structured processes and instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strong desire to learn and acquire new skills through practical experience.
- Experience gathering and organizing requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams is beneficial but not mandatory.
