About the Role
Chiripal Poly Films is looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Accounts with a trade finance focus. The position is based in Ahmedabad and supports the company’s domestic and international banking, import-export, treasury, and reporting activities.

Domestic Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees
- Plan non-fund-based limits and keep track of available facilities.
- Oversee day-to-day domestic LC processes, including issuance, acceptance, and bill retirement.
- Coordinate with banks to secure better returns on LC bill discounting arrangements.
- Handle BG issuance, extensions, and closure after expiry.
Import Operations
- Monitor import LC and SBLC activities on an ongoing basis, covering issuance, acceptance, and retirement.
- Manage non-LC import payments such as advance remittances, direct import payments, and DA/DP bills.
- Ensure closure of Bills of Entry in IDPMS.
- Work with overseas banks for supplier credit and buyer credit facilities.
- Review, advise on, and process payments against APGs.
Export Operations
- Examine export LCs and issue necessary advice.
- Submit export documents for both LC and non-LC shipments.
- Track inward remittances and ensure proper accounting of received funds.
- Monitor eBRC and eFIRC generation and complete Shipping Bill closure in EDPMS.
- Process write-offs for export promotion-related export bills and arrange GR waivers where required.
Treasury Support
- Support senior team members in improving fund utilisation and managing cash flow.
- Track disbursement and rollover of existing FCNR-B loans.
- Manage PCFC disbursement and repayment through export receivables.
Management Information System (MIS)
- Prepare monthly liability statements for LC, DA, DP, and buyer’s credit.
- Provide LC interest provision inputs.
- Maintain records for confirmed and unconfirmed LC status.
- Track import GRNs and import advances.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a B.B.A. / B.M.S. in International Business or a B.Com in International Business.
