Role Overview
The company is hiring an E-commerce Key Account Executive on a fixed-term consultant basis to manage end-to-end operations across the Amazon ecosystem. The role is responsible for driving growth across Amazon Fresh, Now, Pharmacy, and other accounts, while maintaining strong account health, disciplined financial management, and strong performance on the digital shelf.
This position goes beyond product listing management and requires ownership of a complex account, close coordination across functions, and day-to-day attention to commercial and operational detail.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of full-funnel account operations across Amazon and related accounts.
- Track and maintain account health metrics to ensure strong platform performance.
- Manage catalog accuracy, inventory status, and purchase order handling to avoid stock-outs.
- Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to improve fulfilment for channels such as Amazon Fresh, Amazon Now, and Pharmacy.
- Review stockist performance against plan and highlight variances.
- Build and run the monthly promotional plan, including Deal of the Day and coupon activity.
- Partner with the marketing team to align on-site visibility with Amazon-led events and campaigns.
- Improve product discovery through search-optimized titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
- Monitor digital shelf indicators such as share of voice, Buy Box share, and keyword ranking.
- Audit pricing, ratings, and reviews regularly to support brand positioning and premiumness.
- Track competitor moves and pricing changes and turn findings into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably for an FMCG or consumer goods brand; freshers are also welcome.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and PI platforms.
- Strong command of Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to analyse reports deeply and identify the underlying reasons behind performance trends.
- Proactive problem-solving skills for Amazon-related issues such as ASIN suppression, reconciliation errors, and logistics delays.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
