The Amazon Career Change Program (ACCP) is a 12-month fixed-term initiative designed to help individuals from specific backgrounds transition into corporate roles within Amazon's Consumer Business. The program is set to commence in late October 2026, offering participants a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training, and dedicated mentoring support.
Who Can Apply
The ACCP welcomes candidates from three distinct streams:
- Ex-military or police personnel aiming to leverage their leadership, discipline, and operational expertise in a corporate environment.
- Former professional athletes seeking to apply their resilience, drive, and teamwork skills in a new career.
- Career returners with prior corporate experience who have been away from the workforce for at least 18 months.
Program Details
