Aluminum Technician (Cutting & Assembly)

Job Overview

MASPERO ALUMINIUM & GLASS WORKS is looking for a skilled and detail-focused Aluminum Technician specialized in cutting and assembly to join their team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be tasked with accurately measuring, cutting, fabricating, and assembling aluminum profiles and glass components as per engineering designs and technical instructions.

Key Duties

• Interpret and analyze shop drawings, architectural plans, and cutting instructions carefully to ensure precise execution.
• Operate manual and CNC cutting equipment to slice aluminum profiles with exactness and minimal waste.
• Construct aluminum frames used in doors, windows, curtain walls, skylights, and other structural systems, utilizing appropriate hardware and fasteners.
• Prepare frames for glass installation and fit rubber gaskets, silicone, and sealants to guarantee weather-resistance and structural soundness.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on final products to verify exact measurements, smooth finishes, correct alignment, and adherence to quality standards.
• Handle aluminum fabrication machinery safely and carry out routine maintenance on the tools and equipment.
• Support pre-installation evaluations and work alongside the site installation crew as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 3 to 5 years of practical experience in aluminum cutting, fabrication, and assembly — experience within UAE or GCC is advantageous.
• Familiarity with a variety of aluminum systems such as Thermal Break, Non-Thermal, Curtain Walls, Skylights, and Sliding/Hinged models.
• Competent in operating double-head cutting saws, milling machinery, corner crimpers, and hand tools.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints and cutting lists.
• Strong focus on careful measurements, finish quality, and quality assurance.
• Physically capable of handling heavy materials safely and demonstrate cooperative teamwork skills.
