Job description
About the role
For a location in Freiburg, we are looking for an Alltagshelfer (m/w/d) who can start right away. The role is focused on helping people who need support or care to stay in their familiar home environment for as long as possible.
What you will do
- Support and accompany clients in everyday life, for example to medical appointments or while shopping.
- Assist with household tasks such as laundry and cooking.
- Help with personal hygiene and basic body care if you feel comfortable doing so; training will be provided.
What we are looking for
- You enjoy supporting older people in their daily routines and would like a flexible job.
- You value a warm, respectful approach and want to help seniors remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
- You would like to bring your empathy and social skills into your work.
- You are dependable, helpful, and genuinely care about others.
- You enjoy working with people and have a driving licence; having your own car is also expected.
- You want to make a meaningful contribution through your work.
What you get
- A direct start is possible even without prior experience.
- You will receive free training to prepare you for your tasks.
- Flexible part-time work is available, with the exact arrangement up to you.
- Assignments are planned as close to your home as possible, so there is no need to travel to an office.
- Enough time is provided for each client visit, with at least 2 to 3 hours per assignment.
- You will receive attractive compensation.
- You can enjoy up to 30 days of leave.
- The role is meaningful and rewarding.
