Role Overview

This position is suited to a versatile hands-on worker who can step in where support is needed, especially during seasonal peaks, staffing shortages, or sick leave cover. The job involves practical work across different operational areas and contributing to day-to-day business support.

Key Duties

• Take on a variety of tasks during seasonal demand spikes, staff shortages, or replacement needs.
• Prepare materials for use in operations.
• Sort recyclable and other valuable materials.
• Carry out landscape maintenance work, mainly manual tasks.
• Support general operational activities as needed.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with basic German skills at A2 level or above, practical manual skills, and the motivation to get things done. A Class B driving licence and mobility are required. A friendly attitude, team spirit, diligence, good manners, and respectful behavior are also important.
