Role Overview

For this mountain-based role in the Allgäu, you will support day-to-day operations across several areas of the alpine property. The job is varied, practical, and set in a scenic natural environment. It suits someone who enjoys taking on different tasks, helping the team wherever needed, and working in a traditional, uncomplicated alpine setting.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple areas on a daily basis, such as service, kitchen, and housekeeping.
• Take food and drink orders from guests and occasionally help out behind the bar or counter.
• Handle cash-related tasks with confidence, including billing, payment processing, and end-of-day cash closing.
• Support the kitchen team with preparing and arranging breakfast.
• Clean guest rooms, common rooms, and sanitary areas while helping maintain a pleasant atmosphere at the property.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind.
• Fluent German communication skills are required.
• Enjoyment of a simple, nature-oriented alpine lifestyle with tradition rather than unnecessary extras.
