About the Role
CricHeroes is working to create the largest Cricket Network globally, currently with over 50 million users. Our Store aims to be the premier destination for cricket merchandise and equipment. We are seeking a dynamic Store All-Rounder to lead and expand our Tennis Cricket Equipment category. This role demands a deep passion for cricket, product-building enthusiasm, and ownership attitude.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the product roadmap specifically for tennis cricket equipment and related accessories.
- Understand customer expectations to develop products that resonate with cricket players.
- Manage product launches, pricing strategies, and catalyze category growth.
- Forge and oversee partnerships with manufacturing vendors, including sourcing and production planning.
- Monitor quality control and inventory operations to assure prompt delivery with optimal cost and quality balance.
- Take full accountability for demand forecasting, overall revenue, and category business metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance category visibility and sales.
- Leverage customer insights and performance data for ongoing product enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in category management, merchandising, product management, or within sports commerce sectors.
- Have a detailed understanding of tennis cricket equipment and the requirements of players.
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers and handling vendor relationships.
- Exhibit strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and negotiation expertise.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growing businesses from the ground up.
