About the Role
Gumshara, a ramen restaurant located in Haymarket, NSW, is seeking dedicated all-round staff to join their team. The position offers stable income with flexible schedules mainly covering lunch and dinner shifts from Tuesday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Performing various roles including cashier, hall service, food preparation, plating, dishwashing, and cleaning
- Engaging with customers in English, particularly in hall and cashier roles
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
Requirements
- Ability to work flexibly between Tuesday and Sunday for lunch and dinner shifts
- Preferred experience in the food service industry; however, training is provided for newcomers
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills to interact with customers
- Multitasking skills in a kitchen environment
- Fast and tidy working manner
Compensation and Work Conditions
Staff can expect weekly earnings ranging approximately between $1000 to $1300 depending on shifts. The schedule is fixed, ensuring steady pay, which suits students with visas and others with specific goals.
