All-round Sales Representative / Product Manager (M/F)

Role overview

What you will do

Working alongside an enthusiastic team, you will help serve and grow the international customer base. Your work will involve strengthening the product offering, improving service delivery, and contributing ideas that support the company’s market position.

• Use your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to keep improving the product range and service quality.
• Help increase awareness of the company as a European specialist in hedge plants.
• Contribute ideas on how products are presented to customers.
• Use your expertise to identify products that match customer needs.
• Help keep the webshop catalogue current and develop it as a sales channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers.
• Enjoy regular customer visits and travel as part of the role.
• Attract new customers and win them over with the company’s quality.
• Think along about the company’s future growth and market positioning.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, practical, proactive, and motivated to achieve strong results. Experience with plants and international trade is considered an advantage. You should be comfortable working independently as well as in a team, and be willing to learn and grow in the role. Clear communication in Dutch, English, and German is important.
