Role Summary

The position involves delivering tourist tax-free shopping refund services and offering primary support throughout transaction workflows. The role requires providing a consistent, professional service in alignment with Planet's policies, based at Dublin Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in compliance with Planet’s high standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them throughout their interaction.
• Support customers by clarifying procedures, addressing inquiries, and anticipating their requirements.
• Ensure VIP clients receive personalized and premium experiences.
• Handle conflicts with professionalism, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process Planet Tax Free documentation following local laws and company protocols.
• Supply relevant information and ongoing assistance during the refund process.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in related sectors such as finance, hospitality, or luxury retail.
• Capable of working independently while adhering to established procedures.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
