About the Role
This role is for airport ground staff in the airline services sector, based in Devanahalli, India. The position involves supporting day-to-day airport operations and helping passengers throughout the departure and arrival process.
Key Duties
- Handle check-in and boarding activities for departing passengers.
- Assist travelers with boarding pass issuance and ticket verification.
- Support baggage handling tasks and coordinate related airport procedures.
- Provide customer service and respond to passenger questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with flight operations to help keep the boarding process on track.
- Ensure safety rules and airport compliance requirements are followed at all times.
- Offer wheelchair support when required.
- Provide assistance to VIP passengers when needed.
Additional Information
The role is open to candidates who are able to work in an airport environment and manage passenger-facing responsibilities. Graduation is not required.
Compensation
The listed pay is INR 300000 to 400000 per year.
