AI/HPC/NeoCloud Pre-Sales System Engineer UAE

About the role

Join a team that is helping reshape the storage industry through an enterprise data cloud built for the most demanding AI, deep learning, and high-performance computing workloads. This role is centered on winning strategic infrastructure opportunities across the METCA region, where sovereign cloud and GPU infrastructure investment is accelerating rapidly.

This is a hands-on technical pre-sales position for someone who thrives in competitive pursuit work. You will work with enterprise account executives to identify, penetrate, and win new accounts, replacing legacy architectures and building long-term customer footprints.

What you will do

• Work with account executives to target and open new enterprise opportunities, sovereign GPU clouds, and HPC environments.
• Design high-performance, multi-tenant data pipelines and full-stack environments that support large GPU fabrics.
• Run technical workshops with customer architects and turn complex engineering discussions into clear business and ROI messages for senior decision makers.
• Lead benchmarks, system configurations, and proof-of-value activities to demonstrate architectural advantages.
• Help customers plan from initial multi-petabyte rollouts through future scaling, including flexible expansion across data nodes.
• Partner with ecosystem allies such as NVIDIA, Cisco, and Dell to qualify and integrate dense flash storage into customer deployments.

What you bring

• Practical experience working with GPU cluster architects and adjacent compute/networking layers.
• Knowledge of NVIDIA DGX systems, InfiniBand, high-speed Ethernet fabrics, and cluster cabling.
• Strong understanding of file systems, distributed storage, multi-tenancy, and orchestration platforms such as Slurm or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI data flows from ingestion and tokenization through training, localized RAG deployments, and inference.
• Experience in scale-out storage, scale-out NAS, or AI cloud / Neo-cloud provider environments.
• A demonstrated record of prospecting and converting cold leads into major enterprise deals.
• Strong ability to explain complex supercomputing concepts in a simple, business-focused way.
• Experience using benchmarks and technical proof points to compete effectively in RFPs and RFIs.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new engineering releases and position them in the market.
• Good familiarity with the infrastructure landscape, key players, and sovereign cloud initiatives in the METCA region, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent deep experience in distributed computing or HPC settings.
