About the Role

Join Scale AI as a senior individual contributor responsible for managing and expanding the national AI learning system that fosters GenAI adoption in the public sector. This role centers on building and overseeing a strategic learning platform, curating a course catalog aligned with Scale's use cases, and representing the company in regional AI education discussions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Devising and executing LMS strategy including platform selection, rollout, and certification development to serve as the foundation for national-scale delivery.
• Developing and managing a portfolio of AI literacy and adoption-driven programs and courses designed to engage government teams towards practical use of AI tools.
• Launching modular, flagship learning programs that cater to diverse audiences and markets.
• Implementing measurement systems that connect learning engagement to tangible adoption outcomes.
• Customizing programs for geographic and cultural relevance by incorporating language and institutional context at the design phase.
• Establishing scalable delivery frameworks to facilitate program replication across markets.
• Collaborating with local vendors and training organizations when regional delivery requires it.
• Conducting interactive workshops and briefings for a range of public sector stakeholders, translating complex GenAI concepts into accessible formats with technical accuracy.
• Partnering with marketing to orchestrate public speaking events and campaigns that elevate Scale's presence in AI learning.

Candidate Profile

• Over 8 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or enablement with proven leadership and ownership of learning platforms or programs, preferably in public sector or government contexts.
• Direct, practical experience leading LMS implementations and scaling platforms beyond content creation.
• Technical proficiency in GenAI, capable of teaching and contextualizing concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in adapting learning programs for multiple geographies via intentional localization.
• Viewing learning initiatives as catalysts for AI adoption rather than solely educational ends, designing to drive practical application.
• Strong facilitation skillset with confidence engaging senior government officials and diverse audiences; bilingual delivery in Arabic and English preferred.
• A passion for learning trends, ideally with an active role in creating AI learning content across social platforms, reflecting an understanding of micro-learning and social-native education approaches.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with high ownership.

Key Milestones

• Within 6 months: Establish LMS strategy with foundational programs live, including certification or badging.
• Within 6 months: Define course catalog with initial programs linked to live use cases.
• Within 6 months: Deliver two audience-specific tracks, capturing satisfaction and preliminary adoption data.
• By 6 months: Manage at least one major public event to reinforce Scale's AI learning profile.
• Within 12 months: Achieve a functioning LMS ecosystem operational in multiple markets with proven localization.
• Within 12 months: Operate a course catalog actively facilitating adoption of Scale's AI applications with measurable impact.
• Within 12 months: Earn recognition from public sector partners for learning initiatives’ credibility and effectiveness.
• Within 12 months: Embed scalable enablement frameworks with metrics linking learning to adoption.
