Job description

About the Role

This position is for an AI Transformation & Automation Specialist who will help roll out practical AI solutions across several business areas, including real estate, renovation, property technology, and home improvement. The work is execution-oriented and centered on implementing AI tools, creating AI agents, streamlining workflows, connecting software systems, and raising overall operational performance.

You will partner directly with leadership to spot repetitive work, shape AI-led solutions, and deliver automations that create clear business value. This role is focused on building and deploying real-world systems rather than conducting research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business operations to find tasks and processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
  • Plan, develop, and launch AI agents to support sales, marketing, customer service, operations, HR, and finance functions.
  • Create workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar platforms.
  • Link together CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, email, calendar, and other core business applications.
  • Set up AI-based customer support and lead qualification workflows.
  • Create AI assistants for internal teams and day-to-day business use.
  • Build operational automations and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop API-based connections between business systems.
  • Test deployed workflows, track performance, and keep improving them over time.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and approaches, then recommend which ones are worth implementing in practice.
  • Prepare documentation for AI systems and write internal SOPs.
  • Train employees on new tools, automations, and process changes.
  • Apply security and data privacy best practices in all AI implementations.

Technical Skills and Platforms

The ideal candidate should have exposure to one or more of the following tools and technologies:

  • AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Grok
  • Automation tools including n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangFlow, or Flowise
  • AI agent and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants, or MCP
  • Development skills in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and preferably SQL
  • CRM and business tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, or Airtable

Qualifications

  • Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or software implementation.
  • Hands-on background in building AI agents or applications powered by large language models.
  • Solid knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations.
  • Practical experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Good project management skills and attention to documentation.
  • Comfortable explaining technical ideas to people without a technical background.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to keep learning.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is hands-on and implementation-driven, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, business process improvement, and secure deployment of AI solutions.
