AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation

Role overview

The organization helps enterprises improve efficiency, modernize operations, and adopt new technologies that generate tangible business value.

This position is for a commercially minded AI Solutions Architect who will help shape enterprise AI and digital transformation programs across the group. The selected professional will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI opportunities, design workable solutions, and guide initiatives from early pilots into full-scale adoption. The role centers on Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation, with clear emphasis on measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Work with business teams to uncover operational pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
• Run workshops and assessments to identify AI use cases, automation initiatives, and productivity gains.
• Convert business requirements into solution blueprints, rollout plans, and value-focused AI programs.
• Create secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI architectures that support business and technology objectives.
• Build AI agents, smart workflows, and automation solutions that connect with enterprise systems.
• Take AI initiatives from idea and pilot stage through deployment, user adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
• Assess AI platforms, tools, and new technologies to recommend the most appropriate fit.
• Make sure data readiness, governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration, implementation, and change adoption.
• Define repeatable AI standards, frameworks, and best practices for use across the organization.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Strong capability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working with senior leaders, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, cloud platforms, and data-led solutions.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive change, influence adoption, and achieve measurable business results.
