AI Solution and Project Manager (m/w/d) [AI.SEE]

In this role, you will lead AI-related projects for clients from conception through to final acceptance, focusing not just on management but on successfully completing projects. Role and Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage multiple AI projects, overseeing them from initial concept sketch through to final delivery and acceptance.
• Independently prioritize tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science experts, technical staff, and freelancers; translate client requirements into actionable project goals.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication among client C-level stakeholders, sales teams, and development departments.
• Collaborate with sales to formulate offers from initial ideas, drive deal closures, and identify opportunities for follow-up projects during engagements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of independently managing projects to successful completion is essential.
• A desire to lead projects not only effectively but also to commercial closing is important.
• Highly organized and self-driven without requiring detailed instructions.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients in varying contexts.
• Adaptable to rapid changes and fluid priorities.

Skills and Background

• Several years of professional experience leading projects independently.
• Strong communication capabilities and familiarity with AI tools in daily work.
• Technical background, sales experience, or industrial expertise are advantageous but not mandatory.
