We are currently collaborating with a Berlin-based software firm to integrate new automated processes into their customer support and internal operations. As an AI Product Support Specialist, your role is to oversee these AI-driven systems, detect inconsistencies or errors in their output, and guarantee that the operating logic remains dependable and clear for everyday users. This role is fully remote and focuses on the hands-on upkeep of stable, dependable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logs from AI chat interfaces and helpdesk platforms to identify recurring faults, incorrect responses, or logical inconsistencies.
• Revise and update standard operating procedures when AI logic is modified or when new features are introduced into the partner's platform.
• Monitor and verify the flow of data between the AI components and the main customer information database to detect any synchronization problems prior to user impact.
• Organize user feedback and reported bugs to ascertain if issues stem from the AI engine, software code, or user mistakes.
• Generate weekly performance reports centering on the precision of automated replies and instances requiring human intervention.
• Test new AI prompts and system setups within a controlled staging environment to confirm expected behavior before deployment.
• Work closely with senior consultants to draft clear instructions for human agents to follow when AI limitations are reached.
• Maintain an organized repository of test scenarios used to validate software reliability after updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity concerning the integration and interaction of various software systems.
• Basic understanding of large language models or chatbot functioning, which may be gained through personal interest or study.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing clear stepwise procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for managing and analyzing extensive log data.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of verifying accuracy in reports and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while providing concise and informative written updates to the team.
