Role Overview
This entry-level role suits individuals who are organized, technically inquisitive, and enjoy assisting others in understanding new technologies. You will collaborate closely with senior staff to maintain AI components within client projects. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while staying connected with a team that values practical outcomes and transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for users’ functional questions regarding AI tools in finance departments.
- Test AI-driven reports by comparing them to original data to guarantee accuracy.
- Regularly update configuration manuals and internal documents as system features evolve.
- Assist senior consultants in building data pipelines and preparing datasets for AI model use.
- Create clear help articles and training resources for finance teams.
- Monitor system logs to detect and report persistent technical complications.
- Support project handovers by ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for self-sufficiency.
- Work with consulting colleagues remotely through chat and video platforms to resolve project issues.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent written communication skills emphasizing clarity and technical correctness.
- Basic knowledge of data organization in spreadsheets or databases.
- Capability to follow complex instructions and document procedures comprehensively.
- Comfortable working completely remotely with minimal supervision.
