Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for users’ functional questions regarding AI tools in finance departments.
• Test AI-driven reports by comparing them to original data to guarantee accuracy.
• Regularly update configuration manuals and internal documents as system features evolve.
• Assist senior consultants in building data pipelines and preparing datasets for AI model use.
• Create clear help articles and training resources for finance teams.
• Monitor system logs to detect and report persistent technical complications.
• Support project handovers by ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for self-sufficiency.
• Work with consulting colleagues remotely through chat and video platforms to resolve project issues.

Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of data organization in spreadsheets or databases.
