About the Role
Creuto develops AI-powered and custom software solutions for clients in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The company is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven features across its products. This role sits at the junction of customer needs, business priorities, and what AI technology can realistically deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the strategy and product roadmap for AI features, guiding them from early concept through adoption.
- Partner closely with AI engineers, software developers, and designers to shape and release AI functionality.
- Set measurable success criteria and create evaluation methods to assess AI feature performance.
- Weigh product decisions by considering model accuracy, response speed, implementation cost, and overall user experience.
- Build AI products responsibly by incorporating safeguards for bias, safety, and privacy.
Desired Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, including at least one role focused on AI or machine learning.
- A solid technical base that allows effective discussion with engineers on model behavior and tradeoffs.
- Strong focus on solving genuine user problems rather than building AI features for novelty alone.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to align different teams around a shared direction.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in India. The role is suited to candidates who can work at the intersection of product thinking and applied AI.
