About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager for the Trust & Safety Platform team to help shape a new generation of AI-first safety infrastructure for a global content platform.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, machine learning, policy, and operations partners to create AI-driven systems that strengthen moderation, investigations, and safety decisions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the product direction, long-term strategy, and delivery roadmap for an AI-native Trust & Safety platform covering the full risk-governance workflow, from risk identification and detection to moderation, enforcement, and evaluation.
- Build and expand AI-enabled safety capabilities that can automate investigation and moderation tasks, support risk analysis, and improve decision-making.
- Bring together disconnected moderation tools, risk engines, and operational processes into one coherent platform to improve scale, efficiency, and visibility into governance.
- Work with engineering, ML, policy, and operations stakeholders to turn complex safety needs into scalable platform features powered by AI.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of product management experience in AI platforms, Trust & Safety systems, risk control platforms, or sophisticated data platforms.
- Working knowledge of LLM technologies, agent-based architectures, or AI workflow automation.
- Strong platform product judgment and systems design skills, with the ability to build scalable architectures and manage complex operational flows.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering across engineering, ML, policy, and operations functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in building internal systems for Trust & Safety, moderation operations, or risk governance.
- Experience collaborating with machine learning or LLM teams on AI-powered products.
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI automation tools.
- Experience in global internet products or large-scale user-generated content environments.
