Role overview
As an AI and automation specialist, you will act as the team’s efficiency architect. Your focus will be to spot bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, and Operations and remove them through smart workflows and AI-powered systems so the business can scale without adding headcount for repetitive work at the same pace.
Key responsibilities
- Review existing processes across the sales pipeline, onboarding, and support, then design durable automations using tools such as Make or n8n.
- Embed large language models such as OpenAI API and Claude into operational workflows to automate tasks like lead qualification, email drafting, and data analysis.
- Connect core systems such as CRM platforms, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace so that information moves automatically between them.
- Write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts when no-code tools are not enough to complete the integration.
- Train the internal team on the new AI tools and create documentation that keeps the solutions maintainable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an AI freelancer, automation engineer, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Strong hands-on command of Make.com or n8n, including solid familiarity with webhooks and APIs.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering for dependable business use cases rather than experimental use only.
- Basic Python or JavaScript skills are a strong advantage for API calls and data transformation.
- A product-oriented mindset with a focus on building resilient, scalable workflows that can handle errors gracefully.
- Excellent German and English skills, since the company is based in Berlin and serves German-speaking dental practices.
