About the Role
The Growth Engine is looking for an AI Operations Specialist to support its AI-led performance marketing work. The agency focuses on creating qualified demand and steady revenue using automation, multi-channel lead generation, CRM setup, and conversion-focused funnels.
What You'll Do
- Design and build landing pages, automations, internal tools, and workflows with the help of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
