Job description

About the Role

The AI GTM Manager will build and guide Seeq’s capability for AI-powered go-to-market workflows. This is a player-coach position that blends individual contribution with leadership of a small team, with the goal of turning experimental AI use into a dependable, governed, and high-impact operating capability for go-to-market execution.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, systems, and applied AI. It works closely with Product Marketing, Industry teams, Whole Offer Management, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABX/Campaign Execution, Field Enablement, Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure, Revenue teams, and Product.

The right person will bring solid hands-on experience as an AI GTM Engineer or in a closely related workflow-building role, along with the ability to coach others, scale a team, and continue building high-value workflows personally.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled GTM workflows across the company’s priority marketing and commercial motions.
  • Spot the use cases where AI can most improve speed, consistency, quality, reuse, and operating leverage.
  • Favor shared workflows that can support multiple teams before creating narrow one-off solutions.
  • Turn GTM priorities into a practical workflow portfolio that covers research, content assembly, launch planning, campaign creation, campaign management, QA, asset reuse, enablement support, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the long-term AI-first operating model for Marketing and Industry & Product GTM.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy high-priority AI workflows, especially while the function is still growing.
  • Serve as the senior hands-on expert for prompt design, retrieval patterns, workflow orchestration, content structuring, automation logic, and quality checks.
  • Create repeatable systems that improve GTM execution across messaging, launches, campaigns, field support, and knowledge access.
  • Work directly inside the tools, systems, and content environments needed to make workflows reliable and usable in day-to-day work.
  • Set the standard for usability, reliability, and business impact through direct builder contribution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of AI GTM Engineers as the function expands.
  • Establish goals, operating rhythms, development priorities, and delivery standards for workflow design.
  • Balance hands-on work with delegation so the team can scale without losing speed or quality.
  • Help team members build both technical workflow skills and stronger business understanding of GTM use cases.
  • Build a healthy player-coach culture centered on practical execution, cross-functional partnership, reuse, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Industry teams, Whole Offer Management, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABX/Campaign Execution, and Field Enablement to uncover bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure to align AI workflows with data, tooling, governance, automation, and reporting systems, and evaluate build-versus-buy options for high-value tools and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Program Management and GTM leaders to improve planning quality, coordination, and execution visibility.
  • Help optimize channels and marketing spend through integrations, automations, and AI-enabled end-to-end campaign management that speeds time to market and scales GTM motions.
  • Act as the translator between technical possibilities and the realities of GTM execution.
  • Help functional leaders embed AI workflows into actual operating processes instead of treating them as isolated experiments.
  • Define standards for workflow documentation, prompt design, approved content usage, QA, testing, and change management.
  • Build safeguards into workflows so outputs stay accurate, on-message, and aligned with business rules and approved content.
  • Ensure GTM knowledge, narratives, proof points, and assets are increasingly structured for reuse by both people and AI systems.
  • Create reusable patterns and templates that speed up future workflow development and improve consistency.
  • Help establish an AI operating discipline that balances experimentation, scale, governance, and quality.
  • Define and measure adoption, throughput, quality improvement, and time saved.
  • Track where workflows are creating real leverage and where they need simplification or refinement.
  • Work with analytics and operations teams to improve visibility into workflow performance and business outcomes.
  • Use data and stakeholder input to keep improving workflow design and prioritization.
  • Show clear business value from AI investments in GTM execution.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, automation, applied AI, solutions engineering, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or another complex environment.
  • Strong, proven experience as an AI GTM Engineer or in a closely comparable hands-on workflow-building role.
  • Clear success in designing and launching AI-enabled workflows that improved business processes, GTM execution, or team productivity.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical systems, workflows, and operating solutions.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, structured content, automation logic, and tool integration.
  • Either demonstrated people leadership or strong leadership potential, including the ability to manage, coach, and grow a small team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain systems, tradeoffs, and workflow design to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong execution habits, including testing, documentation, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: experience supporting product marketing, launches, campaign execution, field enablement, ABX, partner marketing, or related GTM teams.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, content systems, knowledge platforms, and collaboration tools used in GTM organizations.
  • Preferred: experience with retrieval-based workflows, agent frameworks, API-based automation, or no-code/low-code orchestration tools.
  • Preferred: experience building governance models for AI workflows, approved content systems, or structured GTM knowledge.
  • Preferred: background in industrial software, enterprise SaaS, analytics, or AI-adjacent domains.

Success Profile

The strongest candidates will bring systems thinking, credible hands-on building experience, the ability to lead as a player-coach, strong judgment about where AI creates real GTM value, high standards for reliability and reuse, cross-functional influence, and a bias toward simplification, scale, and measurable impact.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

  • Build a clear workflow roadmap aligned to Seeq’s GTM priorities.
  • Improve the speed and consistency of research, content assembly, launch support, campaign QA, and reporting workflows.
  • Develop a small, credible AI GTM engineering team with strong delivery standards.
  • Create stronger governance, documentation, and reuse across AI-enabled GTM workflows.
