About the Role

This position is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Chicago, IL, with additional location options including San Francisco, Omaha, and New York. The role is part of LinkedIn's Global Business Organization (GBO) Information Management team within the Go-to-Market-Enablement Center of Excellence, dedicated to delivering dependable knowledge using AI for sales, customer success, operations, and support teams.

The primary focus is on maintaining AI agents with high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring their sustainable operation and alignment with best practices. The associate will work closely with subject matter experts and partners to consult on AI agent development, provide governance support, and help enhance AI-driven knowledge applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and uphold governance protocols for AI agents, ensuring consistent performance and lifecycle monitoring.
  • Develop and enforce standards and frameworks to assure agent quality, testing rigor, and maintainability.
  • Consult cross-functional teams on AI agent creation, offering guidance on design, testing, and governance practices.
  • Construct and deploy AI knowledge solutions using platforms like Copilot Studio and Glean.
  • Collaborate with experts to validate that AI outputs are grounded in verified information.
  • Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies to refine governance methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of experience in technology, operations, analytics, or AI-related fields.
  • Understanding of AI governance concepts including quality assurance, lifecycle management, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Proven ability to adhere to structured processes such as intake, audit, and testing workflows.
  • Effective communication and consultative skills to simplify complex AI-related challenges.
  • Minimum of one year hands-on experience developing AI agents, chatbots, or automation workflows.
  • Rapid adaptability in learning new tools and technologies.

Preferred qualifications include: Experience in cross-functional teams, evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and business fit, iterative development, use of scripting or low-code platforms (e.g., Copilot App Builder, Power Apps), dashboard creation (PowerBI), workflow automation (Power Automate), and integration with APIs and data sources.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary range is from $71,000 to $115,000 annually, subject to variation based on skills, experience, certifications, and location. The package may also include performance bonuses, stock options, and various benefits.
