Role Overview

As a Fellow, you will engage with genuine client projects—there are no demos or hypothetical exercises. Your responsibilities include owning workstreams or specific project components and working closely with both our internal team and clients. The role emphasizes comprehensive system understanding, spanning from problem definition through technical execution to integration within existing workflows.

Pluz delivers projects, client engagements, and organizational structure, while you contribute your expertise and dedication to effective implementation. Outreach activities such as pitching or pipeline management are not part of your duties—the aim is to concentrate purely on execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a builder capable of taking complex AI systems from concept to production is essential; beginners or generalists are not a fit.
• A strong technical foundation in computer science, data science, or related disciplines, coupled with insightful business acumen and growth understanding.
• Ability to think beyond isolated models or features, focusing on complete operational systems that yield measurable impact.
• Prior hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including the development of robust, scalable solutions integrated within operational processes and organizations.
• Demonstrated independence, ownership, and decision-making skills, able to self-structure work without constant supervision.
• Experience working within dynamic and uncertain environments such as startups, scale-ups, or challenging client projects is highly desirable.
• A track record of using AI to solve tangible problems—not merely experimenting with algorithms.
