Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer skilled in agentic AI platforms who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven solutions. The role requires practical experience with platforms like n8n and Dify, a thorough grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and uphold AI-powered applications and agentic AI workflows.
• Construct and integrate AI agents utilizing Flair, Arabot's proprietary agentic AI platform.
• Develop APIs and backend services to underpin AI-driven solutions.
• Incorporate LLMs with both internal and external systems effectively.
• Enhance AI workflows ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and dependability.
• Collaborate closely with business units, product teams, and engineers to translate needs into AI applications.
• Diagnose issues, monitor operations, and refine AI applications post-deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over one year of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience with agentic AI platforms such as n8n and Dify.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, databases, and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills coupled with ability to work effectively in teams.
• Familiarity with AI models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in live production settings.
