AI Creator and Editor

Position Summary

This role is for a highly imaginative and technically strong AI creator who will drive the production of next-generation generative AI assets for social, digital marketing, e-commerce, email, and paid media. The focus is on producing refined, believable, and premium video and visual content that fits a fashion-forward brand and avoids an obviously artificial or gimmicky look.

The right candidate is fully engaged with the fast-changing AI creative space and has advanced experience with tools such as Nano Banana, along with other emerging image and video generation platforms. Success in this role requires more than tool usage; it calls for strong prompt-building ability, careful output refinement, and the judgment to blend traditional editing sensibilities with modern AI workflows to deliver polished content quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end AI-generated video and visual assets, mainly for social channels, while also contributing to e-commerce, email, paid media, and broader brand initiatives.
• Produce AI content that feels sophisticated, realistic, and aligned with a luxury or fashion-driven aesthetic rather than obviously machine-made.
• Build and fine-tune advanced prompts to shape imagery, motion, wardrobe styling, settings, and narrative moments.
• Apply AI tools to expand, enhance, animate, or rework existing creative materials.
• Retouch and edit AI output so the final result is polished, premium, and visually convincing.
• Keep up with new Gen AI platforms, creative methods, and industry trends as they emerge.
• Work closely with Creative, Social, Marketing, and Production teams to develop and deliver fast-turnaround content.
• Test new AI features for motion generation, product visualization, virtual styling, scene creation, and personalized content.
• Use strong creative judgment to balance brand standards, speed, innovation, and realism.
• Help define internal standards and production workflows for AI-based creative output.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in producing advanced AI-generated visuals and video content.
• Expert command of prompting techniques and AI creative production workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, OpenAI Sora, Adobe Firefly, and similar emerging platforms.
• Well-developed editing and post-production ability, with a sharp eye for realism, timing, framing, and fashion/luxury aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of social-first creative formats and current platform trends.
• Comfort working rapidly, iterating often, and responding well in a high-speed creative environment.
• Prior experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, editorial, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showing realistic AI-generated work is required.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary range of USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually for the New York City-based position. Final compensation will be influenced by factors such as experience, qualifications, skill level, and internal pay equity.
