Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated videos consistently throughout the workday.
• Produce launch content for every new product feature and offer unique Neural Frames reinterpretations of trending AI video formats.
• Act as the key power user of Neural Frames and the broader AI video landscape, generating attention-grabbing material that resonates with musicians.
• Develop multiple short-form video pieces weekly, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and demo/tutorial content, entirely conceptualized and produced by you.
• Lead the creation of launch marketing material such as demos, tutorials, side-by-side comparisons, and hype videos for new features.
• Stay current with emerging AI models, viral content formats, and video discussions; consistently incorporate a Neural Frames perspective.
• Experiment with hooks and content formats, monitor performance metrics, and focus on creating proven successful content.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and development team by feeding insights directly back into product improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience producing AI-generated content, with a portfolio and social accounts prioritized over formal CV.
• Proficient in various AI creative software including video creation tools (e.g. Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora), image generators, and AI music applications like Suno and Udio.
• Deep understanding of short-form video mechanics, encompassing effective hooks, pacing, captioning, and audio integration.
• Highly productive, self-motivated, and driven to swiftly complete and publish work rather than striving for perfection before posting.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to ensure in-person collaboration with the team.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Competency in editing and motion design software such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in music video production including directing, editing, or live visual performances for artists.
• Personal involvement in music creation.
• Track record of growing personal social media accounts.
