Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in agriculture or agronomy
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• French language skills and, if possible, the willingness to learn a new language
• Strong intercultural awareness and social competence

Responsibilities

• Train smallholder farmers in ecological farming methods
• Support the trained farmers as they take on a multiplier role in their communities
• Design and establish an agricultural training program for young people and women
• Advise local communities on constructing grain storage and water storage facilities
