Role Responsibilities

• Lead optimization efforts for airport projects, managing delegation of responsibilities within project teams.
• Coordinate with the client's chief architect and internal teams to deliver optimization results within set deadlines.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports covering architectural, structural, and MEP teams showcasing cost savings achieved.
• Plan and conduct construction projects adhering to contract timelines, incorporating MEP works.
• Assess various construction methodologies to identify the most cost-efficient approach and schedule.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring project execution plans are properly implemented and aligned with budget constraints.
• Maintain quality standards, and monitor safety, health, and environmental protocols complying with ISO standards and client expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in airport project execution.
