Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to extract and document broad requirements reflecting core business needs.
  • Convert business demands into prioritized epics and user stories, evaluating risks across various options.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand business processes and support the creation of impactful design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into functional and technical user stories with validated acceptance criteria.
  • Lead change management initiatives including readiness assessments, communication plans, training delivery, and go-live support.
  • Conduct design reviews and walkthrough sessions using prototypes and wireframes to validate and communicate proposed solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to financial services or insurance sectors.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, IT, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience using Agile Business Analyst tools such as Figma, Axure, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Advantageous qualifications include Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, ISEB), Project Management certifications (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2), and formal software quality assurance experience.
