About the Role

The Agency Business Partner (AABP) operates within the Agency/ABP channel of HDFC Life Insurance Company. This position involves recruiting insurance advisors, training and motivating them to generate insurance sales, leading a team, and achieving set sales targets. The role is inherently sales-driven and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit life insurance advisors/agents actively
• Provide training and motivation to advisors to improve performance
• Drive insurance business growth through the advisor team
• Meet monthly sales and activation targets consistently
• Organize meetings and engage with customers
• Develop and manage an effective advisor team
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education: Graduate preferred
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to handle teams
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Must possess IRDAI certification
