Aftersales Director - Automotive Dealerships

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Aftersales Director to lead the service and parts division within a multi-branch automotive dealership network in Saudi Arabia. This role involves spearheading efforts to boost aftersales profitability, enhance customer loyalty, improve workshop operations, streamline parts management, and ensure adherence to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and parts business across multiple dealership locations.
• Drive revenue growth from service and parts sales while maximizing aftersales profits.
• Enhance workshop efficiency, productivity, and utilization of labor resources.
• Formulate and implement strategies for parts sales, optimize inventory, and assure availability.
• Continuously monitor performance indicators including service revenue, parts revenue, overall gross profit, absorption rate, customer satisfaction index (CSI), workshop productivity, and technician effectiveness.
• Maintain strict compliance with OEM standards and aftersales protocols.
• Lead and mentor service and parts management teams across branches to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles within the automotive aftersales domain.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing service operations and parts departments.
• Proven history of driving growth in parts sales and service profitability.
• Essential experience working in an OEM dealership environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple dealership branches is highly advantageous.
