Role overview
TalentPop is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of its affiliate marketing efforts. This position centers on outreach, partner relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance analysis within a fast-moving remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Help launch, maintain, and improve affiliate marketing programs.
- Find and onboard affiliate partners that fit client brand objectives.
- Handle everyday communication with affiliates and nurture strong working relationships.
- Coordinate affiliate offers, promotions, and campaign activity.
- Monitor affiliate results and prepare performance reports.
- Create regular summaries for account managers and clients.
- Support payout administration and maintain accuracy in affiliate tracking tools.
- Study competitor affiliate approaches and suggest practical improvements.
Candidate profile
- At least 1 year of experience working online or remotely is required.
- Background in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or influencer programs is an advantage.
- Comfort using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel or Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication, plus relationship-building ability.
- Well-organized, careful with details, and able to juggle several campaigns at once.
- Experience with affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate is a plus.
Technical setup
- A laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or equivalent Mac hardware.
- Stable internet service with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
