About the team
Quadcode is a fintech business focused on brokerage operations and the delivery of modern financial products to customers worldwide. Its main offering is an in-house trading platform provided to brokers as a SaaS solution.
The company is seeking a driven Affiliate Manager to build and grow affiliate partnerships, manage program performance, and use analytics to support expansion goals. This position is the first dedicated hire for developing the partner network in Saudi Arabia for the new Affstore product.
You will help establish the brand’s market presence by finding, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners. You will also contribute to shaping and improving the affiliate program from an early stage. The role is aligned with the EET/EEST time zone to ensure close coordination with the central team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and onboard new partners for Revenue Share and CPA arrangements in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Carry out daily outreach and lead-generation activities for affiliate prospects.
- Review and process incoming leads every day.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current affiliates through ongoing support.
- Coordinate payment and payout workflows with assigned affiliates.
- Track affiliate behavior to detect and stop fraudulent activity.
- Respond to affiliate questions and provide prompt support.
- Launch and contribute to initiatives that improve the affiliate program.
- Take part in internal and international affiliate events, both online and offline, including meetups, conferences, and business travel.
- Collect partner feedback and pass relevant insights to the Team Lead.
- Create and review reports with a strong focus on analysis and performance insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of affiliate marketing experience in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic.
- Well-developed communication and selling abilities.
- Background in Forex or another financial niche will be considered a major plus.
- Ability to find, approach, and build productive relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies.
- A pre-existing network of trusted affiliates or partners in Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.

This is a full-time remote role engaged through an external vendor contract. Compensation is competitive and includes performance-linked bonuses paid in EUR.
