About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Manager to join our financial services team, capable of autonomously managing a diverse portfolio of affiliate programs for various clients. This role involves steering client relationships, managing deliverables, and directing account strategy and implementation. The position supports remote work for candidates based in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies tailored to client-specific objectives.
  • Oversee daily management and operations of several affiliate programs.
  • Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations, facilitating decision-maker engagement.
  • Track, interpret, and analyze trends in client KPIs and overall metrics.
  • Prepare forecasts and manage budgets associated with affiliate programs.
  • Apply creative and promotional modifications in alignment with content schedules.
  • Lead affiliate recruitment, activation, payments, compliance adherence, and communications.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure partnerships.
  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to boost affiliate acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Manage routine reporting intervals and communicate program performance insights along with suggested improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on affiliate management experience, either in-house, agency, or network settings.
  • Proficiency with affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, and Rakuten.
  • Experience in compliance and/or working within financial services sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, focused on negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Independent problem-solving skills and confident presentation in client interactions.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting expertise.
