Aesthetic Trainer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Aesthetic Trainer to become part of our education division. This role focuses on conveying the iS Clinical brand's message and philosophy to heighten brand recognition among aesthetic professionals and internal teams.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with the Training Team to meet company objectives, strategies, and initiatives promptly.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive education about iS Clinical's products, treatments, and scientific background through various formats including in-person sessions, virtual trainings, seminars, and webinars targeted at aesthetic professionals and company associates.
• Participate in travel activities amounting to approximately 50%, which includes overnight stays and flights, scheduled quarterly with management coordination.
• Provide timely feedback and reporting as directed by the Aesthetic Training Manager.
• Host virtual webinars requiring a reliable internet setup at home to ensure consistent communication on topics such as product knowledge, protocols, science, and sales techniques.
• Work alongside education and marketing to innovate training materials, tools, and methods tailored to the evolving aesthetic industry.
• Regularly review training effectiveness and adapt programs as necessary to ensure relevance for target audiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, ingredient innovations, and best practices for incorporation into training content.
• Guide and mentor internal staff to improve communication and relationships with customers and partners.
• Assist in developing technical educational and presentation content.
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for business partners and clients to rapidly address product questions and concerns.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid aesthetics license.
• At least 1 year of experience in training preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong organizational capabilities, particularly in planning and prioritizing within a clinical environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Dependable, self-driven with excellent punctuality.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Efficient travel planning skills respecting budget constraints.
• Enthusiasm for skincare education, positive attitude, and passion for training.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while navigating challenges.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
