Role Overview

We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for an Aerodrome Operator based at Karratha Airport. This role is well-suited for those eager to remain physically active and have an interest in the aviation sector. No prior experience is necessary as a thorough 12-week on-the-job training program will be provided. Candidates from various operational or technical backgrounds who are passionate about learning and career development in aviation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tarmac operations involving customer assistance and Into Plane fuelling services.
• Operate fuel dispensing equipment, including driving Heavy Rigid vehicles.
• Conduct tasks requiring work at elevated heights.
• Carry out manual duties and maintain data entry accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
• Exhibit mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ensure fuel quality by conducting testing procedures.
• Maintain strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
• Commit to Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards diligently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a current Heavy Rigid vehicle license is preferred.
• Dangerous Goods license is advantageous.
• Must have reliable transportation and hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years’ full driving experience.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate variable workload demands over a 24-hour operational period, including weekend shifts.
