Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Advocate to join our team at our Borivali office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will specialize in property law and possess extensive experience in drafting and reviewing agreements related to sales and property matters.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drafts of Agreement for Sale alongside various property-related legal contracts.
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and property deeds to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage property documentation processes and conduct thorough due diligence.
• Liaise with clients, government registrars, and other legal entities to facilitate smooth legal procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable property and real estate legislation.
• Support the registration process for agreements and related legal formalities.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Have at least two years of proven experience as a practicing Advocate with mandatory exposure to property or real estate law.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in legal drafting and document management.

Compensation Details

The salary offered ranges between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 per month.
