Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for collaboration with Rogo’s enterprise partners, including training their teams and coordinating joint operations to maintain alignment.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships—from initiation through expansion and contract renewals.
• Serve as the customer advocate by comprehensively understanding both explicit and implicit business needs of partnered financial institutions.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of financial services workflows to co-create solutions with clients and effectively communicate Rogo’s value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with Rogo’s engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to measure partnership success.
• Forge and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
• Contribute to securing multi-million dollar agreements and lead generative AI strategy implementation for major financial firms.
• Enhance user experience through direct engagement and collaboration with end-users.
• Drive innovation by addressing challenging product and engineering problems, particularly those related to large language models in production environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in a front-office finance role.
• Exceptional project management and communication abilities; highly organized and detail-focused.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach that balances creative problem-solving with practical delivery to achieve results.
