Role Overview
Join Euronext's Primary Markets Admissions team in Dublin as an Admissions Advisor focusing on Bonds and Funds. Reporting directly to the Admissions Manager for Bonds and Funds, you will be pivotal in managing listing and trading applications related to debt and fund securities on Euronext markets, ensuring compliance with Euronext and EU regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Euronext and EU regulatory standards effectively and consistently to listing and trading applications.
- Assess applications from entities aiming to list debt and fund securities on Euronext exchanges.
- Coordinate with listing agents, legal advisors, service providers, and international financial institutions to address listing application issues.
- Engage with the Central Bank on regulatory subjects concerning listings and prospectus compliance.
- Contribute to policy enhancement, including updates to Euronext rulebooks and the implementation of regulatory solutions beneficial to clients.
- Ensure a positive and differentiated client experience at every interaction.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience within legal frameworks, financial services, or similar transferable sectors.
- Strong analytical capabilities complemented by excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with capital markets and debt instruments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of EU securities legislation is an asset.
- Capability to organize effectively and work efficiently under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Experience or understanding of artificial intelligence in workflows is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; French language skills are a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years' relevant work experience.
