What the Role Involves

In this position, you will manage the admissions journey from first enquiry through to enrolment. The role includes guiding parents, coordinating assessments and visits, keeping records accurate, and working with internal teams to support admission decisions and conversions.

• Manage incoming enquiries and oversee the complete admissions process
• Speak with parents about the curriculum, fee structure, and school experience
• Keep admission records current and maintain CRM entries
• Plan and coordinate school visits, assessments, and interviews
• Help turn prospective leads into confirmed enrolments
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with compliance requirements
• Work with academic teams during selection and decision-making
• Support admission-related events and follow-up activities
