About Openhouse
Openhouse is establishing a network of premium play-based learning centres in Kolkata, providing after-school programs for children aged 1 to 12. These centres function as neighborhood micro-schools offering a child-centric environment with modern infrastructure and global teaching methods, where kids can engage not only in academics but also explore activities like music, art, chess, robotics, and physical movement.
Role Overview
The Admission Manager holds responsibility for driving revenue at the centre level across Early years and After-school programs. This role focuses on achieving acquisition and retention targets, optimizing batch capacities, and collaborating closely with the Centre Director to facilitate steady and predictable growth. It is suitable for a proactive individual who thrives on targets, excels at building parent relationships, and wants to gain experience in managing business profit and loss.
Core Duties
- Own monthly and quarterly enrolment targets for all programs.
- Increase student intake through enrolments, renewals, and promoting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor performance against revenue objectives continuously.
- Identify and proactively address potential churn among clients.
- Keep clear records of targets versus achievements.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to devise local growth strategies.
- Oversee batch utilization rates and highlight gaps or opportunities for expansion.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or roles focused on revenue generation.
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort in managing financial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with parents.
- High degree of ownership and adaptability to fast-moving environments.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Annual fixed salary ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹500,000 based on experience.
- Work schedule involves 6 days per week, including weekends, with one weekday off.
- Position is onsite at an Openhouse centre located in Kolkata.
- Note: This position is exclusively open to women candidates.
